We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will assist in recruiting,supporting, and developing talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
1-Candidate will be responsible for different tasks
2-Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
3-Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
4-Create and implement effective onboarding plans 5-Develop training and development programs
6-Assist in performance management processes 7-Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Maintain employee records (attendance, data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
8-Proven experience as HR officer, or other HR position
9-Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.) Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
